Kaxpe stores operational AR data needed to generate invoices, send reminders, track payments, and help finance teams prioritize collection work.
Data we process
The app may process company profile details, user names and emails, event billing details, invoice records, uploaded invoice PDFs, payment statuses, activity logs, and email delivery history.
Provider data
Supabase stores application data, Resend sends transactional emails and reports delivery events, and Stripe processes company payment request flows. Sensitive provider keys are stored server-side only.
Access control
Tenant data is scoped by organization and workspace company. Platform admin access is separated from tenant roles and should be used only for support, billing, security, and operational administration.
Retention and deletion
Operational records are retained to support audit trails, payment reconciliation, and customer support. A workspace may request export or deletion review through the support channel.
